As all our products are custom-made with love, we kindly ask for your patience while we craft and dispatch your order.

If you’re purchasing photo magnets for a special occasion—like an anniversary, birthday, or gift—please factor in our processing and shipping timelines below.

Processing times may be slightly longer during promotional events or busy holiday seasons.

Need your order urgently?

We offer a Priority Service that fast-tracks your order so it jumps the queue — perfect for those last-minute gifts or busy times like Christmas!

Priority Order + Express Shipping: $26.95

  • Dispatch time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you need to change your shipping method or entered the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Unfortunately, Sweet Magnet cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by Australia Post
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Damage caused during transit
  • PO Box delivery issues
  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery

We also cannot offer refunds for delays due to postal or customs processes if the parcel is successfully delivered, even if later than the expected timeframe.

Tracking Details

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification confirming shipment.

Soon after, Australia Post will send tracking updates — including delivery estimates and management options.

Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking details to appear.
